DOUBLE OPT-IN BLASTERS

To date, I have had a lot of success with double opt-in blasters. I know you probably read that all the time, but below are a couple examples of the responses I've received from blasters in comparison to the other types of internet marketing I've done.

I use AdMinder to track my promotions and here are just a couple of campaigns that show the response I got from blasters versus other methods of advertising (safelists, solo ads, blogs, etc.):

Image A

In Image A (above), I was testing my ads for the New Plan Network (NPN), which is a wonderful program if you actively promote and recruit. It pays you 100% Matching Commission Bonuses EVERY month on everyone you refer. As you can see the blasters outperformed every other method, with manual safelists (npnms) coming in 2nd place.

Image B

In Image B, I was testing my ads for an ebook on the ecurrency exchange industry. Again, you can see that the double opt-in blasters outperformed all other advertising methods tested. The closest again was the manual safelists (epexms).

For the two example campaigns, I chose entirely different programs. The program in Image A is a Network Marketing program which requires recruiting members, while the Image B campaign was for an ebook on the ecurrency exchange industry with step-by-step instructions on how to get started. It does not require recruiting or selling anyone anything. My point here is that both items were successful using safelists and double opt-in blasters.

While each campaign was done at different times, all the tracking codes in Image A were done during the same time period, and all the tracking codes in Image B were done during the same time period. That is the only way I can accurately field the responsiveness of each advertising resource. Because of the amount of safelists and double opt-in blasters I use, I code them in groups instead of individually. I do however track them individually when I first join them, and once I'm satisfied of their effectiveness, I use one tracking code per group.

I'm in less than 20 blasters while in a minimum of over 3,000 safelists, yet the double opt-in blasters in many cases outperform the safelists. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying double opt-in blasters are superior to any other internet method of advertising. What I am saying is that it is a viable means for advertising that should not be overlooked.

I only recommend DOUBLE opt-in blasters.

Update as of February 5, 2011

The above section of this article was written several years ago (I actually forgot when), and although the information, theory and techniques are still valid, and I'm still using blasters, I'm using different ones now.

I have also not used Adminder in several years. Don't get me wrong, because Adminder is one of the BEST ad tracking systems around, especially if you want to have all your ad tracking in one place and you dont really have your own website(s), but I do have several websites, and because the programs I promote (GVO, NPN, TrafficWave, GDI, etc.) usually have their own ad tracking tools, I prefer to use each of theirs when promoting them.

Below are the Blasters I am currently using that have gotten results. Just like any other advertising resource, if it responsive, I list it, if not I don't. I will try to keep them up-to-date, adding new ones that I've tested and removing the ones that are no longer producing results.
